GAVE IT ZERO STARS. This ain't even a legit business; they just take your cash and your order never shows up! It's been nearly three months since I placed my order. I shot them an email about four or five times, and today when I tried again, I FOUND OUT I WAS BLOCKED! DON'T TRUST THIS SITE; IT'S ALL LIES JUST TO RIP YOU OFF!

I really love these! I always shop here. The customer service is fantastic too.

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS! I placed an order for shoes on June 28, 2022, and here we are on July 16, 2022, with no email response or shipping info in sight! They’re just taking folks' money without sending out the shoes! Total waste of both cash and time.

Honestly, the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I tried reaching out through their Instagram comments. They went ahead and deleted my comments, then sent me a DM asking for my order number, but it felt like they were just trying to avoid a bad review. They never even bothered to check my reply. It's clear they’re deleting comments to make themselves look good, but trust me, they’re not. Just yesterday, someone mentioned in the comments that she ordered back in April and hasn’t heard a peep about her order. How ridiculous is that? Seriously, steer clear of this scammy site. I made a purchase in May, and here we are in July, and I still haven’t gotten a single pair of sandals. It’s beyond frustrating, and their customer service is just terrible.

I could go on about the stunning range of shoes they offer or the fantastic deals they provide, which are both true... but what truly turned this into a remarkable shopping experience was their exceptional customer care.

When the pair I ordered for my girlfriend ran out, they graciously reached out to me with an apology, provided store credit, threw in a free pair of shoes, and treated me like a buddy, like a real person. For me, that’s worth its weight in gold.

You can shop here with confidence knowing they have top-notch products, solid prices, and they genuinely appreciate you as a customer and an individual. They’ve turned me into a loyal shopper. I can’t recommend La Modish Boutique enough and with absolute confidence. This is the type of business that makes your shopping journey enjoyable and brightened up my Holiday Season a bit.

The customer service here is just awful. It takes them ages to get back to you through email. I sent back an item that arrived late (and was still in its original packaging), but they only gave me a partial refund, leaving out the shipping fees. I’m done shopping with this place. They’ve got the same styles as another store (Shop Official Bee), and honestly, that one is way easier to deal with. Seriously, steer clear of La Modish Boutique!!

I genuinely adore this store! I've made purchases from them four times now, and everything fits perfectly with no problems at all! The one thing I’d mention is that I never receive a shipping label, haha, but I always get my orders, so it’s all good!

I’m honestly shocked by those 1 star ratings because I’ve shopped with them SOOOOO many times last year, haha. They’re right up there with shop official bee. They’ve got a ton of adorable shoes, and I’ve NEVER faced any problems with my orders. All their footwear is genuine and fits me perfectly. There was just one occasion when I ordered some sandals, and they shot me an email saying they were out of my size. I called them up, shared my details, and they processed a refund for me. I gotta mention though, their processing time is a bit lengthy, over a week. So, it’s smart to place your shoe orders on a Sunday night so they can ship them out the following week since weekends don’t count. Other than that, I really do adore their shoes. :)

I can truly say I'm a devoted fan of La Modish. My initial order was the sole occasion when my shipment was delayed because of Covid 19. After that, I've placed 3 additional orders, bringing my total to 4, and each time I receive a discount and my shipment arrives in about 2 weeks. I ABSOLUTELY ADORE LA MODISH!!!!

AWFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! AVOID THIS "COMPANY". I genuinely think they are con artists. I made a purchase on 12/13/20. Today is 1/5/21 and my order is still MIA. After I reached out to LAModish through email, IG DMs, and even left comments, I finally got a tracking number. Once I spread the word about their scam, they decided to respond to me via DM. They claimed my order would ship right away, and after Afterpay contacted them for me, they sent a tracking number. But guess what? Six days later, my order hasn’t even reached UPS. They just created a shipping label to give the illusion that my order was actually on its way. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Their IG may look impressive, but if you check the comments, you'll see tons of spammy accounts commenting on their posts, which shows they’re not trustworthy. I'm still waiting for my refund and have reached out to Afterpay again to sort this mess out once and for all.

What a total rip-off! It's been a month and my sandals still haven't been sent out.

It's been 9 business days and I still don’t have a tracking number. That’s a long wait—13 regular days in total! Why should I pay $8 for shipping if this is the service? I’m done shopping here. I live less than an hour from their place, and they can’t even get my package in the mail. Honestly, I just want my money back; they can keep the shoes. I understand they might be busy, but this is just too much. I’ve emailed them and haven’t heard back yet. Tried DMing them too, but still no reply after a few days.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS BUSINESS!! THEY'RE JUST AFTER YOUR CASH!! I RECEIVED THE INCORRECT PAIR OF SHOES, AND THEY OFFERED ME A TERRIBLE STORE CREDIT!! Plus, I STILL HAD TO COVER SHIPPING COSTS, AND THE SHOES WERE THE SAME PRICE AS THE ORIGINAL!! TOTAL JUNK COMPANY!!! AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM!

I ordered a size 9 and ended up with a size 5. Clearly, they don’t pay much attention to details, and if you have wide feet, steer clear. These shoes seem to fit more like Chinese sizes or maybe even junior sizes. I’ve never encountered a shoe this narrow. Never again. They don’t even have reviews for their products. And if you need a refund because you can’t wear what they sell, they only give you store credit. You might as well just donate them. Total waste of cash. Plus, it took a whole month to get the darn product. The quality isn’t worth the $25.00 price tag. It feels cheap and flimsy, and I doubt it’ll hold up. What a pathetic rip-off. Unless you’re okay with replacing shoes every couple of weeks, this isn’t for you.
